Yeast in bread 100 g. (the small yeast rolls bought in Argentina have 50 g)
Sugar, 2 tablespoons
Superb salt, 2 degree tablespoons
Butter, 100 g
Milk, ½ liter
Egg, 1
Preparation
– In a bowl, put ¾ cup of heat water, being cautious that it isn’t sizzling as a result of the yeast can burn.
