Straightforward strawberry ice cream

A straightforward and easy recipe to make selfmade strawberry ice cream.

Substances:

– Strawberries, washed and trimmed, 1 kg.
– Sugar, one cup.
– Egg white, one.
– Lemon juice, one tablespoon.

Preparation:

– Place the clear strawberries, with out the stem and reduce in half, the egg white, the sugar and the lemon juice within the blender or processor glass.
– Course of for 4 minutes.
– Place within the freezer, in a reasonably flat container, with a lid or coated with plastic wrap.
– Fry for not less than three hours and serve.
