  • Sal 20 gr.
  • Sugar 150 gr.
  • Butter 200 gr.

  • Eggs 2
  • Water 300 cm3.
  • Leche 100cm3.
  • Yeast 50 gr. (a dice)
  • Harina c/n
  • black sugar c/n

Preparation:

1. Place the flour and salt on the desk forming a crown. Add the sugar.

2. Add the butter and lemon zest.

3. Add the eggs, water and milk.

4. Add the yeast by shelling it.
