YEAST PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

  • QUICK SOURDOUGH PIZZA:
  • – 2 cups of complete wheat sourdough.
  • – 1 tsp of floor complete salt.
  • – 2 tablespoons of olive oil (non-compulsory).
  • – 1⁄2 teaspoon of bicarbonate.
  • Extras:

  • SLOW FERMENTING WHOLE PRE-PIZZA:
  • – 180 g of advantageous complete wheat flour.
  • – 50 g of 100% sourdough.
  • – 1 tbsp olive oil.
  • – 110 cc of water.
  • – 5 g of floor complete salt.

SOURDOUGH PIZZA AND SLOW FERMENTING WHOLE PRE-PIZZA

PROCEDURE:

QUICK SOURDOUGH PIZZA:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Mix or combine all of the substances properly.
3. Pour the combination into an oiled pizza pan.
4. Prepare dinner at 200 °C for about 25 – Half-hour.
