WIDE STEAK WITH GRATINATED PUMPKINS

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 kilo of beef eye (250 g medallions).
  • – 100 g of butter.
  • – 1/2 tremendous chopped onion.
  • – 1 clove of minced garlic.
  • – 1 department of rosemary.
  • – 1 glass of white wine.
  • – Salsa chimichurri.
  • For the pumpkins:
  • – 1 pumpkin, thickly sliced.
