INGREDIENTS
- – 1 huge roast strip.
- – 3 tbsp mustard.
- – 1 L of white wine.
- – 1 celery.
- – 1 leek.
- – 1 onion.
- – 2 cloves of garlic.
- – 2 tablespoons of honey.

- – Potato, egg, parsley, vinegar and olive salad.

PROCEDURE:
1. Seal the roast on each side.
2. Place the reduce greens in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.
