INGREDIENTS
- FOR THE WHOLE DOUGH:
- – 300 g of entire wheat flour.
- – 150 cc of water.
- – 75 cc of olive oil.
- – 1 tablespoon of salt
- – 1 pinch of baking soda.

- 1.Put all of the substances in a bowl. 2.Combine and knead slightly.

- FOR THE QUINOA BECHAMEL:
- – ½ cup of quinoa.
- – ½ onion.
- – ½ cup of vegetable milk or water.
- – 2 tablespoons of grated coconut.

- 1.Rinse the quinoa a number of occasions. Chop the onion.

- – 1 massive department of rosemary.
- – 1 handful of thyme.
- – 2 tablespoons of grated coconut.
- – 4 packages of spinach.
- – 1 tbsp smoked paprika.
- – 4 tablespoons of chia seeds.
- – Sea salt, pepper and olive oil c/n.
1.Wash the greens. Reduce them roughly (besides the garlic and cherry) and put them on a baking sheet. Add oil, pepper and two cloves of garlic.
