INGREDIENTS
- – 250 g of pumpkin puree (cooked within the oven).
- – 2 eggs.
- – 200 g of widespread sugar.
- – 120 cc of impartial oil.
- – 40 cc of milk.
- – 1 cdita of vanilla essence.
- – 1 orange (zest and juice).
- – 5 g of grated ginger.
- – 4 g of cinnamon powder.
- – 1 pinch of salt.
- – 160 g of tremendous advantageous complete wheat flour.
- – 80 g of 0000 flour.
- – 15 g of baking powder.
- – 150 g of cut up chestnuts.
INTEGRAL PUMPKIN AND CHESTNUT PUDDING with out butter!!
PROCEDURE:
1. In a bowl, combine with a hand mixer: the pumpkin puree with the sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, milk, orange juice, zest and oil.
2. Sift the dry components: flours, salt, ginger, cinnamon powder and baking powder and combine into the preparation.
3. Place the preparation in a pudding container of roughly 25 cm. buttered and floured. Within the heart, shade half of the chestnuts, full with extra preparation till ¾ of the mildew is crammed and embellish with extra chestnuts. (You should utilize savarin mildew).
4. Bake at 150°C for roughly 45/50 minutes. Verify the cooking by inserting a toothpick into the middle, if it comes out clear: “it’s prepared”, if it comes out soiled “it must be cooked”.
