INGREDIENTS

- – 350 g of complete wheat flour.
- – A splash of olive oil.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Water till the dough is shaped.
- – A handful of seeds (no matter you might have).
- Stuffed:
- – Onion 1 unit.
- – Eggplants 2 items.
- – Perita tomatoes 3 pcs.
- – Thyme and garlic.
- – Cream cheese.
- – 3 eggs.
- – Salt and candy paprika.

PROCEDURE:
1. For the dough, combine every thing and add the water till a dough is made.
2. Let relaxation. Then stretch and kind a lunch field.

4. For the filling, lower the onion and sauté it with a bit oil. Add the chopped eggplants and season.

8. Pour over the pre-cooked dough and place the roasted tomatoes on high.
