White Chocolate and Yogurt Pavlova

INGREDIENTS

  • Base:
  • Clara 6
  • Sugar 370 grams
  • Lemon zest ½
  • Alcohol vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Cornstarch 1 tbsp
  • Crema:
  • Chocolate blanco 200 grs
  • White cheese 250 grs
  • Milk cream 150 grs
  • Pure yogurt 100 grams
  • Sugar 70 grams
  • To embellish:
  • Strawberry 100 grs

For the bottom, beat the egg whites till stiff and step by step add the sugar till whipped.

Add the lemon zest, vinegar and cornstarch and combine completely.

Pour the meringue onto a plate greased with parchment paper and place within the oven preheated to 180 levels, decrease to 150 levels and cook dinner for 1 hour.

Flip off and dry within the oven till cool.

For the cream, place the melted white chocolate, cream cheese, and pure yogurt in a bowl and blend.

Beat the cream with the sugar till medium level and add to the earlier preparation. Combine and reserve within the fridge.

Reserve coated within the fridge for twenty-four hours.

To assemble, flip the disc over and canopy with the cream. Enhance with strawberries
