INGREDIENTS
- For the mass:
- – 150 gr of wheat flour.
- – 150 gr of nut flour.
- – 160 gr of sugar.
- – 35 g of cocoa powder.
- – 75 ml of coconut oil.
- – 330 ml of vegetable milk.
- – 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
- – 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar.
- – 1 pinch of salt.
- – Baking powder.
- Further:
- – Frozen.
- – Fruits (apple, pear).
- – Sugar.
- – Butter.
WET DRIED FRUIT WITH ICE CREAM
PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC for quarter-hour.
2. In a bowl, combine the dry elements besides the baking powder and baking soda.
3. Add the vegetable milk and blend till you receive a homogeneous mass.
4. Add the oil and blend.
5. Lastly, add the baking soda, vinegar and baking powder.
6. Combine till the dough is clean and homogeneous.
7. Grease a baking dish with oil and flour.
8. Pour the dough into the pan and bake for half-hour at 180ºC. To test if the cake is cooked, prick it with a wood stick. If the stick comes out clear it can imply that the cake is prepared.
