WALNUT AND CAYOTE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • Pastel:

    1 22 cm mould.

  • – 3 medium oranges.
  • – 90 g of floor almonds.
  • – 90 g of walnut powder.
  • – 250 g of manteca ointment.
  • – 150 g of widespread sugar.
  • – 100 g of brown or brown sugar.
  • – 5 eggs.
  • – 300 g flour.
  • – 75 g of corn flour.
  • – 5 tsp baking powder.
  • -Zest of 1 orange.
  • – 1 cdita of thyme.
  • – Pumpkin in syrup.
  • For the candy cayote:
  • – Cayote 1 unit.
  • – Sugar 500 g.
  • – Water 500 cc.
  • – Bald of scent.
  • Cayote cream:
  • – Yolk 3 items.
  • – Sugar 60 g.
  • – Milk cream 200 cc.
  • – Cream cheese 400 g.
  • – Cayote sweet 200 g.
  • – Unflavored gelatin 5 g.
  • – Water 25 cc.
  • – Toasted or sugared walnuts.

WALNUT AND CAYOTE CAKE

PROCEDURE:

1. Course of or mix the almonds along with two tablespoons of flour (low cost from the full quantity of flour within the recipe). Put aside.
2. Peel the oranges sharply.
