INGREDIENTS

- – Cocoa powder 1 tsp.
- – Butter 125 g.
- – Cut up walnuts 100 g.
- – Egg 1 unit.
- – Sugar 100 g.
- – Vanilla essence.

- – Caramel sauce.
- – Chocolate for dipping.
Walnut Alfajores scrumptious and straightforward to get pleasure from as a snack full of dulce de leche
PROCEDURE:
1. Make a sanding with the flour, cocoa powder, butter and break up walnuts.
2. Combine an egg with the sugar and some drops of vanilla essence.
3. Mix each preparations and type a dough.
4. Wrap in plastic wrap and put within the fridge to make the form effectively (approx. one hour).
5. Stretch and make the caps very skinny.
6. Bake for no less than 20 minutes.
7. Fill with pastry dulce de leche, and if you would like you may coat them with chocolate.
