WALNUT ALFAJORS

INGREDIENTS

  • – Butter 100 g.
  • – Sugar 100 g.
  • – Essence of vanilla extract.
  • – 1 egg.
  • – 1 yolk.
  • – Floor walnuts 50 g.
  • – Cornstarch 50 g.
  • – Flour 0000 200 g.
  • – 1 pot of pastry dulce de leche for the filling.
  • – Chopped walnuts for the sides 50 g.

Tremendous scrumptious walnut alfajores to make at dwelling and luxuriate in a really home made snack!

PROCEDURE:
1. Combine the butter with the sugar.
2. Add the eggs and the essence/extract.
3. Add the bottom walnuts together with the dried nuts and blend till effectively built-in and acquiring a homogeneous mass.
