Though the unique Waldorf salad doesn’t comprise cream, it softens the mayonnaise and, to my style, significantly improves the flavour.

Inexperienced apples, 3
1 white celery (the middle sprigs)
Do-it-yourself or store-bought mayonnaise, ½ cup
Cream, ½ cup
Peeled walnuts, 100 g
Juice of ½ lemon.
Vinegar, ½ tablespoon
Salt to style
Preparation
– Peel the apples, minimize them into skinny slices after which into squares.
– Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice and blend.
– Wash the celery and minimize it into small items.
– Season the cream with salt and vinegar.
– Combine the cream and mayonnaise.
– Chop the nuts (not an excessive amount of).
– Combine all elements.
– Preserve the Waldorf salad within the fridge for ½ hour after which serve.
