- – Breast 1 unit.
- – Thyme.
- – Garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Mayonnaise sauce:
- – Mayonnaise 200 g.
- – Lemon juice 1 unit.
- – 1 filet of anchovies.
- – Tuna in oil.
- – Mustard.
- – Vinegar.
- – Warmth.
- – Fried capers.
- – Finely grated hard-boiled egg.

PROCEDURE:
1. Vitel tone of popcorn and hen: for the popcorn, we brown it nicely degreased in a frying pan with entire garlic and rosemary and bay leaf. We place it on a rack with water and in that water we add the onion, carrot and celery mirepoix. We cook dinner it till it’s pink, not dry.

4. For the mayonnaise sauce, we combine the tuna in oil, mustard, mayonnaise, black pepper, a contact of vinegar, lemon juice, anchovies and a bit of broth that we get well from cooking. We add fried capers and finely grated hard-boiled egg.
