VEGETABLE LASAGNA

INGREDIENTS

  • Pancake batter:
  • – Milk 300 cc.
  • – Flour 150 g.

  • – Grated cheese 100 g.
  • – Ricotta 500 g.
  • – Mozzarella 150 g.
  • Pumpkin filling:
  • – Pumpkin 1 unit.
  • – Caramelized onions.
  • – Thyme.
  • – Ricotta 500 g.
  • – Grated cheese 100 g.
  • – Mozzarella 200 g.
  • Further:
  • – White sauce 500 g.
  • – Mozzarella c/n.
  • – Pumpkin seeds c/n.
  • – Chopped parsley.

PROCEDURE:

For the mass:
