VEGETABLE CANnelloni

INGREDIENTS

  • – Chard 2 bundles.
  • – Grated cheese.
  • – Onion 3 models.
  • – Pink bell pepper 2 models.
  • – Queso mozzarella 200 g.
  • – Cooked ham 200 g.
  • – Thick white sauce 1 cup.
  • For the mass:
  • – Flour 250 g.
  • – Eggs 2 models.
  • – Milk 500 cc.
  • – Salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Thick white sauce:
  • – Milk 250 cc.
  • – Flour 40 g.
  • – Butter 40 g.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Tomato salsa or boloñesa.

PROCEDURE:
