Vegetable and ricotta cannelloni

INGREDIENTS

  • For the mass:
  • – 200 g Flour.
  • – 200 g Semolin.
  • – 4 eggs.
  • – Coarse salt.
  • – 30 cc Frequent oil.
  • – Ice 1 kg.
  • For the filling:
  • – 400 g Cow ricotta.
  • – 400 g Espinacas.
  • – 100 g Onion.
  • – 100 g Parmesan
  • – 20 cc additional virgin olive oil.
  • – 2 Eggs.
  • For the bechamel sauce:
  • – 500 cc Milk.
  • – 60 g Butter.
  • – 40 g Flour.
  • – Sal c/n.
  • – Pepper c/n.
  • – Nutmeg c/n.
  • For the pomodoro:
  • – 50 g Onion.
  • – 2 Cloves of garlic.
  • – 50 cc additional virgin olive oil.
  • – 700 g Tomatoes in a bottle.
  • To gratin:
  • – 100 g Parmesan.
  • – 40 g Butter.

Process:
