INGREDIENTS

- – 200 g Flour.

- For the pomodoro:
- – 50 g Onion.
- – 2 Cloves of garlic.
- – 50 cc additional virgin olive oil.
- – 700 g Tomatoes in a bottle.
- To gratin:
- – 100 g Parmesan.
- – 40 g Butter.

Process:
