INGREDIENTS
- Base:
- – 1 cup of oats.
- – 1/3 cup of peanut butter.
- – 3 tablespoons of maple syrup.
- Stuffed:
- – 2 cup of cashews beforehand soaked for 4-6 hours.
- – 1 cup coconut milk.
- – 8 tablespoons of melted coconut oil.
- – 2 tablespoons of honey.
- – ½ coconut essence.
- Salted caramel:
- – ¾ cup coconut milk.
- – 1 cup peanut butter.
- – 6 tablespoons of brown sugar.
- – A pinch of salt.
- Chocolate Ganache:
- – 200 g of darkish chocolate.
- – 200 g of coconut milk.
VEGAN PEANUT AND CANDY CAKE
PROCEDURE:
1. For the bottom, place the oats, peanut butter and syrup in a processor.
2. Course of till you obtain a paste. Then place it in a 20 cm detachable mildew. Put it within the freezer for quarter-hour.
3. In a blender, place the cashews beforehand hydrated in a single day, the coconut milk, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla essence.
4. Mix effectively! Place this cream within the mildew with the chilly base. Put it again within the freezer for half-hour.
5. For the caramel, place the coconut milk, peanut butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Combine with a wood spoon till thickened.
6. Put peanuts on high of the cream after which the caramel! Return to the freezer.
7. Lastly, the ganache, warmth the coconut milk and pour it on high of the chocolate. Combine and let cool. End the snickers with the ganache. Return to the freezer and executed!
