INGREDIENTS
- – Unsweetened vegetable milk 250 cc.
- – 100 gr melted coconut oil.
- – Sugar 360 g.
- – 4 tablespoons of flax 4 of water (hydrate for some time earlier than) flaxseed.
- – 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract (non-compulsory).
- – 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- – Cocoa 80 g.
- – Flour 120 g.
- – Chocolate chips (180 g) + 2 tablespoons to embellish, (non-compulsory)
PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2. Pour flaxseed sugar, vanilla extract, salt and vegetable milk right into a bowl. Stir till they’re effectively built-in.
3. Add the melted chocolate to the coconut oil and blend.
4. Add the flour and cocoa and stir till utterly built-in.
5. Place baking paper in a sq. or rectangular baking dish (mine was 20×20 cm or 8×8 inches) and pour the dough. Unfold it evenly with the assistance of a spatula.
6. Add the two tablespoons of chocolate chips on prime to embellish.
7. Bake for about 35 minutes, examine the time is much less.
