INGREDIENTS
- – 300 g of 0000 flour or premix + 2 tsp of baking powder + pinch of salt.
- – 120g of sugar.
- – Lemon:
50 cc of juice + 2 tbsp of zest.
- – 4 tbsp of oil.
- – 200 cc of water or vegetable milk.
- – 1 tsp vanilla essence.
- – Frozen pink fruits.
- – For ice cream:
powdered sugar + lemon zest + vegetable milk.
- For the plating:
- – 1 scoop of raspberry ice cream.
