TURTLE WITH BEET AND SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 tortuguita.

  • – Cilantro.

  • – Verdeo.

  • – Ginger.
  • – Lemon juice and olive oil.
  • For garnish 1:
  • – 4 beets.
  • – Laurel.
  • – She.
  • – Balsamic vinegar.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Thyme.
  • – Crushed garlic.
  • For garnish 2:
  • – Cabbage lettuce lower into quarters.
  • – 100 g of toasted slivered almonds.
  • – Parsley and coriander leaves.
  • – Verdeo.

TURTLE WITH BEET AND SALAD

PROCEDURE:

1. Take away the turtle and on this event we’ll use the edges of the turtle, that are referred to as Heel Muscle; which we’re going to brown on a sheet or pan, we take away it juicy, let it relaxation for a couple of minutes and fillet it.
2. For the dressing: chop all the pieces and blend it with lemon juice and olive oil.

For garnish 1:
