- Rooster tuco:
- – Half rooster in items
- – Garlic 5 cloves
- – Pink bell pepper 1 unit
- – Onion 1 unit
- – Grated carrot 2 u small
- – Celery 1 department
- – Leek 1 department
- – Dried oregano
- – Floor chili
- – Salt and pepper
- – Ketchup
- – Warmth
- – Half a glass of white wine
- Further:
- – Chopped parsley
- – Grated cheese
Spectacular turmeric noodles with rooster tuco, to make and luxuriate in some scrumptious selfmade pasta at residence
PROCEDURE:
For the mass:
1. Take the dough right into a bowl after which knead it on a counter till a clean dough is fashioned. Let relaxation for 1 hour.
2. Go via a sobadora and stretch it to the specified thickness.
