- – Water 400 cc.
- – Sugar 400 g.
- – Honey 4 tbsp.
- – Peel of an orange and a lemon.

Process:
1. Make a crown with the flour. Add a pinch of salt. Within the middle place the sugar and shelled yeast.
2. Add the milk, oil and eggs. Dissolve the yeast and begin mixing.
3. Type a dough with the crown flour.
4. Knead properly till you obtain a really tender (considerably sticky) and easy dough.
5. Place in a bowl and canopy with a towel.
6. Let it rise till it doubles in quantity.
