  • – Yeast 60 g.
  • – Milk 100 cc.
  • – Oil 160 g.
  • – Eggs 4 models.
  • – Oil for frying 2 L.

  • For the syrup:
  • – Water 400 cc.
  • – Sugar 400 g.
  • – Honey 4 tbsp.
  • – Peel of an orange and a lemon.
  • .

Process:

1. Make a crown with the flour. Add a pinch of salt. Within the middle place the sugar and shelled yeast.
