TROUT CROQUETTES

INGREDIENTS

  • Trout croquettes:
  • – Trout 500 g
  • – Milk 1 L
  • – Corn starch 150 g
  • – Ginger c/n
  • – Garlic 2 cloves
  • – Lemon 2 items
  • – Pepper c/n
  • – Sal c/n
  • Breaded:
  • – Eggs 3 items
  • – Milk 200 cc
  • – Mustard a teaspoon
  • – Salt and pepper c/n
  • – Breadcrumbs 1 kg
  • Lactonese:
  • – 600 cc oil
  • – Milk 200 cc
  • – Chili c/n
  • – Sal c/n
  • – Garlic 1 clove
  • – Pepper

Incorporate fish into your meals with these scrumptious creamy trout roquetas with lactonesa

PROCEDURE:

1. Make a white sauce with milk, cornstarch, lemon zest, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
