TROUT AND PINE FUNGI

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 gutted trout opened with head and tail
  • Lime and lemon slices
  • recent thyme
  • To accompany
  • Papines
  • pine mushrooms
  • Salad
  • lower fennel
  • Raspberries
  • White cheese

FOR TROUT

1-Open within the center, fill with lemon slices, salt and pepper. Shut and prepare dinner each
grilled sides.
2-Cook dinner the papines within the oven and accompany with pine mushrooms.
For the salad: lower the fennel very finely, combine with white cheese and recent raspberries
