- – 1 cup of grated boiled beetroot.
- – 1 cup of uncooked grated carrot.
- – 1 pot of cream cheese or mayonnaise.
- – 1 tablespoon of mustard.
- – 2 hard-boiled eggs.
- – 2 cloves of garlic.
- – Sal.
- – Pepper and nutmeg.
- Non-compulsory (to combine in any of the layers):
- – 200 g of boiled rooster.
- – 1 can of tuna.
- – Nuts.
- – Corn.
TRICOLOR RICE PUDDING with a lot of greens, for PROCEDURE: 1. Put together every cup of rice with the corresponding vegetable, 1/3 of cheese and seasonings. 2. It’s assembled in a beforehand oiled English pudding or savarin mildew.
