INGREDIENTS

- Chard filling :
- – 2 bundles of chard.
- – 2 small onions.
- – 100 g grated cheese.
- – 1 egg.
- – Sal.
- – Pepper.
- – Olive oil.
- – 1 clove garlic.
- Pumpkin filling :
- – 1 pumpkin.
- – 2 cloves of garlic.
- – Thyme.
- – Sal.
- – Cinnamon.
- – 1 tbsp sugar.
- – 1 egg.
- – Olive oil.
- – 100 cc milk cream.
- – 100 g grated cheese.
- Ricotta filling :
- – 500 g ricotta.
- – 100 g muzzarella.
- – Nutmeg.
- – 1 egg.
- – 1 tbsp cream cheese.
- – Sal.
- – Pepper.
Simple and scrumptious TRICOLOR CAKE with 3 scrumptious fillings! Greens, pumpkin and ricotta for all tastes .
PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat the oven and cook dinner the pumpkin in order that the puree could be very dry, seasoned with the herbs you will have , two garlic cloves, somewhat sugar, floor cinnamon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Prepare dinner till very tender. Mash nicely to make a puree with egg.
