INGREDIENTS
- For the sponge cake:
- – Flour 0000 210 g.
- – Sugar 210 g.
- – Eggs 7 items.
- – Vanilla essence 1 tbsp.
- For the three milk cream:
- – Condensed milk 1 can.
- – Powdered milk 120 cc.
- – Water 400 cc.
- – Milk cream 1 can.
- Elective:
cogñac.
- For the filling:
- – Crema chantilly c/n.
- For the Italian meringue:
- – Whites 4 pcs.
- – Sugar 240 g.

PROCEDURE:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar till prepared. Add the vanilla essence after which the sifted flour.
2. Place the preparation in a greased or floured mildew. Cook dinner in a medium oven for about 1 hour. Take away and let cool.
