- BREAD WITH FRUIT FERMENT:
- – Meals 000 1 kg.
- – Fruit ferment water 150 cc.
- – Sal 20 g.
- – Water 500 cc.
- – Corn oil 50 cc.
- – Yeast 40 g.

OLIVE AND HERB BREAD BUNS:
