TOSTON WITH SCRAMBLED PEAS

INGREDIENTS

  • For the bread:
  • – Flour 0000 500 g.
  • – Water 300 cc.
  • – Sal 10 g.
  • – Yeast 25 g.
  • For meeting:
  • – Eggs.
  • – 1 can of peas.
  • – 1 bundle of potato chips.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – 1 clove of garlic to rub on toasted bread.

For breakfast or snack, hearty and nutritious: selfmade tostón, with scrambled peas.

PROCEDURE:

1. For the dough, place the flour in a bowl, salt the sides. Break up the yeast and place it within the middle with out touching the salty edges. Add the nice and cozy water (little by little) and start to combine from the within out.
2. Go right down to the counter and knead for a couple of minutes till the dough is easy.
3. Cowl and rise at room temperature. Degas and divide in two.
4. To assemble, roll in direction of the middle to acquire two round loaves. Cowl and rise for 40 minutes on a floured plate.
5. Reduce the floor twice and bake in a medium oven for about 10/quarter-hour. Till the bottom sounds hole when tapped.
