Torta Purple Velvet

INGREDIENTS

  • -Harina 0000 250grs.
  • -Sal 1/2 cdta.
  • -Bitter cocoa 15grs.
  • -Butter 110grs.
  • -Sugar 300grs.
  • -Eggs 2 items.
  • -Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
  • -Milk 240cc.
  • -Lemon juice 1 teaspoon.
  • -Purple coloring 2 tsp.
  • -Vinegar 1 cdta.
  • -Baking soda 1 tsp.
  • Roof:
  • -Philadelphia kind cheese 500grs.
  • -Cinnamon powder 1 tsp.
  • -Impalpable sugar 115grs.
  • -360cc milk cream.

1.Combine the milk with the lemon juice. Let stand for 10 minutes.

2.Beat the pomade butter with the sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla essence.

3.Combine the dry elements however.

4.Dissolve the pink coloring with the milk with lemon juice.

5.Add the dry elements and the milk combination alternately.
