Tomatoes and stuffed eggs

INGREDIENTS

  • For the eggs:
  • – Eggs 6 items.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Cream cheese.
  • – Pure tuna.
  • – Tomato.
  • – Onion.
  • – Pink bell pepper.
  • – Chopped parsley.
  • For the tomatoes:
  • – Spherical tomatoes 4 items.
  • – Burgundy wheat.
  • – Parsley.
  • – Ask.
  • – Cucumber.
  • – Yogurt pure.
  • – Boiled rooster.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Sunflower seeds.
  • – Lemon zest.
  • – Capers.

Process:

1.Boil the eggs and lower them in half lengthwise. Take away the yolk and make a paste with olive, slightly cream cheese and tuna.

2.Put together a Creole with the tomato, onion and bell pepper all lower very small. Add the Creole and fill with a teaspoon of tea. End with chopped parsley.
