- Dry pasta with beans:
- – Dry pasta (cooked) 500 g.
- – Cooked broad beans 250 g.
- – Purple onion 1 unit.
- – Tomate cherry 200 g.

- – Roasted eggplant 1 unit.
- – Zuchini 1 unit.
- – Oliva.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Parmesan
TOMATO, BEANS AND GRILLED SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté the crumbled sausage with out the casing.
2. Add the julienned onion and chopped garlic, prepare dinner till translucent.
3. Add the canned tomatoes and break it up by hand, combine and season.
4. Cook dinner for about 20 minutes and add the pre-cooked and peeled beans, ending with a handful of recent basil.
5. Serve with a toston of nation bread

Dry pasta with beans:
1. Reduce the onions into roughly 1×1 cubes, sauté with somewhat olive, season with salt and pepper. Take away and sauté the cherrys with garlic and thyme.
2. Reduce the zucchini finely and marinate with lemon juice and zest.
3. Serve the pasta with the greens and add the beans, ending with a handful of Parmesan cheese.
