TIRAMISU

INGREDIENTS

  • – 600 to 800 g of vanilla.

PROCEDURE:

1. Place yolks, sugar and water in a bowl in a double boiler. Beat till you get hold of a foam much like that of a sabayon that reaches 118ºC.
