Tarte Tatin

INGREDIENTS

  • Time:

    -180 gr of 0000 flour.

  • -150 gr of butter.
  • -40 gr of water.
  • -60 gr of sugar.
  • -A pinch of salt. -150g of sugar.
  • -70gr of upkeep -7 apples.

1.Combine all of the dough substances with out kneading.

2.Place the sugar and butter in an oven-baked pan. Make a darkish caramel. Place the peeled apples lower into quarters. Then, put the dough on high. Prepare dinner at 180°C for half-hour.
