Tarte Tatin

INGREDIENTS

  • – Butter 100 g.
  • – Sugar 100 g.
  • Time:
  • – Flour 0000 250 g.
  • – Sugar 30 g.
  • – Butter 125 g.

1.For the dough, sand the butter, flour, sugar and salt. Take the dough and maintain it within the fridge for an hour.

2.In a frying pan with a metallic deal with (30 cm in diameter), place the butter with the sugar and make a caramel over low warmth, stirring with a wood spoon.

3.Place the apples stomach down (peeled and cored).

4.Decrease the warmth to minimal and prepare dinner for 20 minutes.

5.To assemble, stretch the dough to the diameter of the pan and canopy the apples. Press the perimeters somewhat, prick and place it (within the pan) within the medium preheated oven for 10 minutes.
