INGREDIENTS
- – Baking Powder 1 tbsp.
- – Floor almonds 150 g
- – Sugar 150 g
- – Floor cinnamon 1 tbsp.
- – Flour 300 g
- – Egg 1 unit
- – Kirsch 30 cc
- – Butter 150 g
- – Bitter cacao 1 spoon
- – Laborious yolks 3 items
- Stuffed:
- – Candy raspberries 200 g
Linzer cake is an Austrian and Hungarian cake with a lattice dough prime and a raspberry candy filling.
PROCEDURE:
1. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa.
2. Combine with almond powder.
3. Place in a processor together with the chilly butter and make a granule.
4. Add the grated exhausting yolks, the egg and the kirsch.
5. Take the dough.
6. Kind a ball by kneading together with your palms and let it relaxation within the chilly for 1 hour.
7. Stretch 2/3 of the dough and line a 26 cm diameter pie plate. Assemble the cake
with the candy
8. Stretch the remaining dough, minimize strips and kind a lattice over the sweet.
9. Paint the trellis with crushed egg and place slivered almonds.
10. Bake at 180 levels for 40 minutes.
