INGREDIENTS
- Cake dough:
- – Butter 125 g.
- – Flour 0000 300 g. – Impalpable sugar 110 g. – Yolks 4 items. – Vanilla essence 1 cdita.
- Almond cream:
- – Butter 50 g.
- – Impalpable sugar 50 g.
- – Yolks 2 items
- – Almond Powder 50 g.
- – Flour 20 g.
- Tangerine cream:
- – Milk 125 cc.
- – Sugar 40 g.
- – Tangerine juice 125 g.
- – Starch 15 g.
- – Flour 5 g.
- – Yolks 3 items.
- Armed:
- – Pastry cream 200 g.
- – Tangerines 5 items.
1.For the dough: Beat the delicate butter with the sugar. Add the yolks and proceed beating. Taste with vanilla. Add the flour
Combine till unified.
2.Stretch to 2 mm thickness and put within the fridge for an hour.
3.Fold mildew for 22 cm tart.
4.Place a skinny layer of Almond cream on the bottom and place within the freezer for quarter-hour.
5.Preheat the oven to 170 levels and cook dinner for 18 to twenty minutes.
