INGREDIENTS
- Caramel:
- – Sugar 200 g.
- Ligue:
- – Egg 8 models.
- – Sugar 150 g.
- – Milk cream 200 g.
- Armed:
- – Dairy bread 20 slices.
- – Butter 200 g.
- – Apple 500 g (2/3 unit).
- – Lemon juice.
- Decor:
- – Ice cream to style.
Take pleasure in a scrumptious tarantella, with caramel, to accompany with ice cream or cream, or dulce de leche.
PROCEDURE:
1. Soften the sugar in a pan, little by little and stirring once in a while with a picket spoon till a light-weight brown coloration is achieved. Caramelize the pudding pot.
2. Beat the 8 eggs with the sugar and the heavy cream.
3. Lower the sides of the dairy bread and unfold with butter on one facet solely.
4. Lower the apples into slices and reserve in water with lemon juice.
