INGREDIENTS

- – Salt and pepper.

TAMALES filled with meat, onion and bell pepper with floor chili and do-it-yourself dough
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté corn with onion and Morrón, add the broth and butter.
2. Season and when the polenta boils.
Stuffed:
1. Lower the meat and reserve.
2. Place the onion and bell pepper in a pot with a bit of oil and prepare dinner till clear.
