TACC-FREE TIRAMISÚ ICE CREAM INGOT

INGREDIENTS

  • – 6 eggs.
  • – 1 tbsp of honey.
  • – 60 g of sugar.
  • – 30 g of cocoa.
  • – 30 g of 0000 flour.
  • Non-tac model:
  • – 6 eggs.
  • – 1 tbsp of honey.
  • – 60 g of sugar.
  • – 30 g of cocoa.
  • – 30 g of 0000 corn starch.

Possibility for dessert WITHOUT TACC: Frozen tiramisu ingot, with honey and cocoa.

Process for each variations:

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and honey till blended after which fold within the dry elements.
2. Switch to a greased plate floured with cocoa and pour out the preparation, place in a preheated oven at 180° and bake for 8 minutes.

For the model with tac: Lower the piononos into ingots the dimensions of a pudding pot and fill, pionono, ice cream and so forth till the pudding pot is full.

For the non-tac model: Fill the pionono with cream, peaches and pineapple in syrup.
