TACC-FREE PEACH AND MERINGUE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • – Pre-mixed sponge cake.
  • – Peaches in syrup c/n.
  • – Dulce de leche confectioner c/n.
  • – Crema chantilly.
  • – Italian meringue.
  • – Whites 6 pcs.
  • – Sugar 360 g.
  • – Vegetable coloring.

CAKE WITHOUT TACC!! With peaches, dulce de leche, cream and meringue

PROCEDURE:

1. Reduce the cake into two layers.
2. Moisten the primary one with peach syrup and fill with circles of dulce de leche.
3. Moisten the opposite layer with syrup.
4. Add cream and chopped peaches.
5. Put this layer on high of the opposite and canopy with Italian meringue.
