INGREDIENTS
- – Eggplants 5 models.
- – Oil for frying.
- – Chickpea or wheat flour.
- – Olive oil c/n.
- – Basil 10 leaves.
- – Chopped onion 1 unit.
- – Garlic clove 1 unit.
- – Contemporary mozzarella 400 g.
- – Grated parmesan cheese 100 g.
- – Salt and pepper c/n.
- – Ketchup.
- – Cooked ham 300 g.
EGGPLANT LASAGNA WITHOUT TACC! With cheese, ham and tomato sauce. Observe the total recipe under and luxuriate in it at house.
PROCEDURE:
- Reduce the eggplants into 1 cm slices.
Season with salt and go away them for a couple of minutes. - Dredge the eggplants in chickpea flour and fry.
- Place on absorbent paper.
Salsa:
- Sauté in a big skillet with olive oil and minced garlic for 1 minute.
- Add chopped onion till clear.
- Add the tomato sauce together with the chopped basil leaves.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook dinner uncovered over low warmth for half-hour till thickened.
Armed:
- On a baking tray, organize a layer of eggplants and unfold a bit tomato sauce and cooked ham.
- Add mozzarella items to the sauce.
- Repeat the operation till finishing 3 flooring.
- End with a layer of eggplant, tomato sauce and eventually grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cowl with aluminum foil and cook dinner within the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes, uncover and cook dinner till melted.
