TACC-FREE CHOCOLATE ROLLS

INGREDIENTS

  • Pawn:
  • – Eggs 4 models.
  • – Sugar 40 g.
  • – Cornstarch 40 g.
  • – Honey 1 tbsp.
  • – Vanilla essence.
  • Chocolate pastry:
  • – Milk 250 cc.
  • – Sugar 50 g.
  • – Yolks 3 models.
  • – Cornstarch 20 g.
  • – Semi-sweet chocolate 150 g.
  • Additional:
  • – Chocolate curlers.
  • – Strawberries.
  • – Cherries.
  • – Blueberries.

Take pleasure in a spectacular dessert! Rolled with chocolate cream WITHOUT TACC with seasonal fruits

PROCEDURE:
1. For the pionono: Beat the eggs and sugar till foamy. Sift the starch and incorporate with enveloping actions.
2. Pour onto a pionono plate in a buttered and starched mildew. Spatula and bake in a scorching oven for 7 minutes.
3. For the pastry cream: Warmth the milk with half the sugar. In a bowl, combine the remaining sugar with the starch, add the yolks and blend nicely.
4. As soon as the milk is scorching, pour it little by little over the yolks, mixing continually, and prepare dinner all the preparation once more till it boils. Pour the pastry case over the chocolate, let it soften and blend. Let cool.

5. To assemble: fill the pionono with the pastry cream and roll.

6. Cowl the skin with the remainder of the cream and enhance with chocolate curlers and the chosen fruits.
