- – Blue cheese 50 g.
- – Leek sauce.
- – Lower leeks.
- – 400 cc of milk.
- – 100 cc of milk cream.
- – 30 g of flour.
- – 25 g of butter.
- – 1 tbsp of oil.
- – Salt and pepper.
SWEET POTATO MALFATTIS WITH LEEK SAUCE so you’ll be able to take pleasure in an excellent plate of selfmade pasta with this scrumptious recipe
PROCEDURE:
1. Make mashed candy potatoes by cooking them entire, with their skins on, within the oven.
2. Peel the candy potatoes as soon as cooked, mash the puree.
