- -Peels of 1 tangerine and 1 lemon.
- -Walnuts 50gr.
- -Salt and pepper.
- -Fenugreek powder.
- -Cumin powder.
- -Sunflower oil.
1.Warmth the milk with the butter and salt and seasonings.
2.Add flour suddenly and blend (let it cool).
3.Add the eggs one by one.
4.Add the puree and homogenize.
5.Add the combination to a disposable sleeve and lower the gnocchi over boiling water.
6.Reduce reverse cooking.
7.Fry in butter and olive till a crust types.
8.Put together an emulsion with the sunflower oil, olives, shells, cayenne and blend within the bowl with the gnocchi earlier than plating.
