SWEET POTATO GNOCCHI WITH STEW

INGREDIENTS

  • – Potatoes 1/2 kg.
  • – Flour 0000 of 000 150 g.
  • – Yolk 1 unit.
  • – Sal.
  • – Pepper.
  • – Grated cheese (very fantastic) 100 g.
  • For the stew:
  • – Tortuguita 600 g.
  • – Sunflower oil c/n.
  • – Carrot 1 unit.
  • – Onion 1 unit.
  • – Celery 1 department.
  • – Chopped garlic 3 cloves.
  • – White wine 1 glass.
  • – Tomato extract 1 tbsp.
  • – Bay leaf 1 leaf.
  • – Half a cup crushed tomato.
  • – Agua.
  • – Salt and pepper.
