INGREDIENTS

- Marinade:
- – Olive oil
- – Orange juice 2 cups
- – Orange juice 2 cups
- – Lemon juice ½ cup
- – Apple 2 items
- – Garlic 1 head
- – Crimson bell pepper in cubes
- – Honey 3 tbsp
- – Water 1 cup
- – Sal
- – Black pepper

- – Oregano 1 tbsp
- For the puree:
- – Potato 1 kg
- – Butter 50 g
- For the caramel:
- – Sugar 50 g
- – Milk cream 100 cc
Spectacular candy potato and bondiola cake to make and revel in at dwelling
PROCEDURE:
1. For the bondiola, place the piece of meat reduce into bowl wheels and marinate with olive.
